Micro-porous ceramic membrane dust collector is integrated formed by ceramic filter tube , ash cleaning and regeneration and automatic control.

The ceramic filter tube is with high-performance and high temperature , filtration, It is mainly composed of high-temperature ceramic filter system, high-temperature and high-pressure air supply system, high-pressure pulse reverse blowing system and online automatic control system. 

The dusty gas enters into the side of the tank bottom,a part of the bigger dust fall into the ash hopper due to the sudden expansion of the cross-sectional area of the air flow and the reduction of the flow rate, then the tiny dust enters into the filter room. These dust attaches to the surface of the ceramic membrane filter tube with the inertial collision, filtration and other comprehensive effects .The purified gas goes out to the chimney through the fan for exhaust. After a period of working, the cake layer on the surface of the micro-porous ceramic membrane filter tube gradually increases, the system will automatically carry out pulse ash cleaning,upon its resistance reaches a certain value (or runs for a certain time). At this time, the pulse valve of the the PLC controlling system will open, and the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the micro-porous ceramic membrane filter tube at high speed through the pulse valve, Under the injection of the high speed air flow, another airflow which is formed  by the induced air flow together entering into the micro porous ceramic membrane filter tube,The sudden rapid expansion generates positive pressure, and the dust deposited on the outer wall of the ceramic membrane filter tube falls off after being sprayed out through the micro-pores on the wall of the ceramic membrane filter tube, It falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the screw conveyor and ash discharge valve to achieve the purpose of cleaning-up ash.
