The flue gas enters into the desulfurization tower and contact with the sprayed desulfurizer to remove most of the pollutants such as the sulfur dioxide and dust with the processing of wet and cooling. Then the flue gas goes through the demiste to enter in the denitration tower to carry out catalytic oxidation reduction and absorption reaction with the spraying down denitrater and gradually completes the removal of nitrogen oxides, so that the flue gas can be discharged up to the standard. In order to make the denitrater fully contact with the flue gas and achieve the best reaction effect, the denitration tower is equipped with several layers of low-temperature catalytic carrier, liquid spray distribution device and gas distribution device. The denitrater with a certain concentration is pumped into the denitration tower from the circulating tank through the circulating pump then flows into the settling tank. Some impurities or products are settled and then returned to the circulating tank. In order to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the denitration system, it is necessary to add a new denitration mixture. The denitration mixture is quantitatively added to the circulation tank through a metering pump to maintain the effective composition and liquid concentration of the denitration agent in the denitration system, so as to ensure the denitration efficiency. Impurities or some products settled at the bottom of the settling tank are periodically pumped out and filtered by the filter press pump. The filter press is recycled, and the filtered liquid is sent to the circulating tank for reuse.
