Ceramic Rasching Ring
Product introduction
Ceramic raschig ring was developed by Friedrich Raschig in 1914. It is the first invented random packings in fixed geometry. Its shape is a cylinder with same size in height and internal diameter . The rasching ring in size over 100mm filled as entire masonry, the size below 80mm generally use as random packing. It can resist the corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, and can be used in high or low temperature conditions. It is widely used in the drying tower, absorbing tower, cooling tower, scrubbing tower and actifier tower in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal gas industry and oxygen producing industry, etc. Technical Parameter: Size(mm) Diameter*Height*Thickness(mm) Surface Area(m2/m3) Porosity(%) Pile up Qty(n/m3) Pile up Weight(Kg/m3) Dry packing factor(m-1) Φ15 15*15*2 330 70 250000 690 960 Φ25 25*25*3 190 78 42000 580 400 Φ40 40*40*4.5 126 75 12700 577 305 Φ50 50*50*5 93 81 6000 580 177 Φ80 80*80*8 76 68 1950 500 243
